Orders are not considered "booked" or placed on our calendar until the nonrefundable 50% retainer is received. Once the retainer or payment in full is received, the planning and preparation phase will begin.

Although I'll make an effort to match the colors, there might be a tiny color difference when working with food. I'll do my best to finish the color scheme you've selected. Any color changes that might take place after the food item has been prepared are not my fault. I won't exactly duplicate another artist's creation, but I will draw inspiration from it to create something specially made for you (s).

We retain the right to share pictures of orders on social media for networking and advertising purposes. After the order has been picked up or delivered, the photos will be posted. Please let us know if the products you ordered are a surprise so we can postpone until after the event. Please let us know at the time of pick-up or delivery if you do not want to have your name attached to the items.

Your order cannot be cancelled after the cake has been made. The amount of money refunded is up to the discretion of Iris Griffith Cakes.
